My sister and I had an overnight flight from JFK to EZE, our first trip to South America and only American $$. I was told we could store our luggage until the room was ready which is exactly what happened. The building looks so much like an office building with the glass front, the manned reception desk, minimal seating that our taxi initially overshot the address. It's one-way in that section so we got another tour of the block. The manager's English was excellent, he answered all our questions including where to change money. We were able to store luggage there again on our last day along with about 15 others. We weren't the only ones staying prior to a cruise. Our room was large and clean, it had a balcony but no balcony furniture. I wasn't the only one who temporarily moved a chair out to it although lounging wasn't the motive as it faced a concrete wall of the gym on the other street. I was surprised to find a kitchenette; we didn't cook but did reheat. The shower was excellent, plenty of room in the bathroom. Maid service once a week. I was most impressed by the security, you were buzzed out as well as in. The room was quiet, the street was active but quiet and it wasn't a long walk to some very interesting things. I would definitely stay there again.

It is not a hotel, it is more of an Arbnd but the positive point was the 24-hour lobby with security that was practical and safe. The things I liked the most: 1) the room was big and with a really good space, with good bed, bathroom and kitchen - also it had a balcony. 2) the internet was running really well, and I worked from the room for 2 days and faced zero issues 3) The location was a high point, there were good cafeterias in the street or close by (5min walking distance) and the place is located near to one of the most important avenues in the city (Santa fé) - if you are ok to walk up to 20min you can do a lot by foot.

Great location, many restaurants, cafes, and stores in the vicinity. Safe area. Spacious apartment. The small kitchen corner in the apartment was very useful for longer stays. Cleaning services every three days was also good. I could not use the wash machines in the basement. Cash (Argentinian pesos) are required to buy tokens from the office. The office is open only during the office hours. By the time I had cash and found the office open, they didn’t have any tokens left! Luckily there was a laundry shop across the apartment open every day and long hours with reasonable prices.

It is a very clean and spacious apartment with a full kitchen and large refrigerator. We bought fresh homemade pasta from Mas Pasta nearby and prepared it in our kitchen. It was so delicious! The location is very convenient to walk around Palermo and Recoleta. We enjoyed nearby restaurants - Norte, El Preferido, Kentucky for empanadas, flan, La Aquada (cash only) and our favorite - La Querencia! This apartment was reasonably priced and excellent value! Diego responds to every request in a timely and courteous manner.

Sharlene

we were upgraded to a suite, everything was clean and nice. Big fridge and two AC to keep the apartment col (a must in summer). They give you some tea and instant coffee but there is no real breakfast there. This was clear in the booking process so not a surprise. There are two nice coffee places just 10 meters from the apartments location anyways. Location is key, a block away from Avenida Sante Fé and two blocks away from Pueyrredon. Bus and subte super close.
